We made text-to-self connections as many of us could relate to how Wemberly was feeling worried about going to school. Students did a follow up craft that involved painting, cutting and pasting to create their own Wemberly. They also did a writing piece to go with it (Wemberly worried about.... I worry about.... ) Be sure to check out our Wemberly Work (displayed in the hallway) when you come to Meet the Teacher Night this Thurs. Sept. 26th 5:30-7pm.
